EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery/purchase of your order. You can return your product for store credit, or you can exchange with a different product. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items, Items on Offer, Items sold during SALE/Events/Exhibitions cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have original packaging along with the original Invoice.
  • Returned items should not be damaged in any ways.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and the logistic cost will be charged.
  • Cost of returns, if any has to be borne by the customer.
  • In case the item received by us is damaged we will sent it back to the customer and the cost of delivery will have to be borne by the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time:-

Depends on the availability of the product in stock. Usually between 1-3 working days any product is dispatched from our office.  It takes 5-7 working days to deliver the product in India. 

Delivery timelines can vary as per the delivery partner.

Shipping charges in india:-

Will depend on the Logistic Partner of your choice.

Orders above Rs 50000/- no shipping charges or in case any offer is mentioned for specific products. 

Shipping charges Globally:-

Currently we are not Shipping Outside India.

Shipping Partners:-

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only use reputed courier service providers for e.g Shiprocket, DHL, Blue Dart and Fedex. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your items is shipped.

Packaging Before Dispatch:-

We individually do bubble wrapping of each item before dispatching. We take utmost care for a hassle free  and safe delivery.

Damaged Delivery:-

In case you have received a damaged item, inform us immediately through email on hello@exionsystems.in and resolution will be provided as per the damaged delivery policy.

Insured Delivery:- 

All are goods are insured before dispatching and any damages during transit are completely covered under Insurance.
